LYRIC COLLABORATION FORMAT

In order to work in the same lyric format that all collaborators can effectively use simultaneously, we have created a simple work format for songwriting lyric sheets. We recommend you use this format in all lyric writing projects, lyric submissions or song project collaborations. We have found that this format works best for song construction, re-writes, modifying, song reviews and amendments. The color coding and bold headers give quick reference to the song con- struction elements where songwriter, composer, producer, arranger and lyricist can all work together in the same visual format. Please review our Sample Lyric Layout Format below:

1. Use 2 Column border on Microsoft Word Doc file

2. Song Title in Arial 10 Bold

3. Song Format in Arial 9 and in Red Bold

4. Song Length in Red Bold

5. Verse Header section # in Arial 8 bold

6. Prechorus and Chorus Header Section in Arial 8 Blue Bold

7. Bridge Header Section in Bold
